for the
TOWN OF LAGRANGE, WYOMING

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Sealed Bids for the construction of a Public Works Building, shall be received by the Town of LaGrange, Wyoming at LaGrange Town Hall, 200 ‘C’ Street; LaGrange, Wyoming 82221 on or before 2:00 P.M. local time on June 27, 2024 at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after the above specified time will be immediately returned to the Bidder unopened.
The site of the work is located in the undeveloped lot south of ‘D’ Street, north of ‘C’ Street and east of 1st Avenue. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held at the Town of LaGrange Town Hall at 2:00 P.M. on June 19, 2024.
The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows:
4,800 Square Foot Public Works Maintenance Shop Building with Attached 1,440 Square Foot Office Space
2. The Contract Documents containing the detailed Drawings and Specifications for the construction of the work, together with the proposed construction contract, may be seen at the office of the Consulting Engineers, JEO Consulting Group, Inc., 1401 East M Street, Torrington, WY 82240, (307)532-5211. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at JEO’s website at jeo.com for $30.00. Hard copies may be obtained for a fee of $175.00 (non-refundable).
4. The following state statutes for public works projects shall also apply for this project: W.S. 16-6-110 through 16-6-119 and 16-6-121; 16-6-701 through 16-6-708; 16-6-1001 (a)(iv); and 15-1-113.
5. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
6. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
