NOTICE is hereby given to any owners or claimants of any personal property currently in possession of the Torrington Police Department and set forth on Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 attached to a Petition For Order To Show Cause, filed herein, that said owners or claimants shall appear at Circuit Court, Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A Street, Floor 3R, Torrington, WY on October 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., and show cause, if any, why the personal property set forth on Exhibits 1, 2 and 3, filed herein, should not be forfeited to the Torrington Police Department. Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 can be viewed at Circuit Court, Goshen County, Wyoming, the Torrington Police Department and/or the Torrington Police Department website.
