PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen County Library Foundation has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Goshen County Library Foundation and J-Built Homes, Inc. pursuant to the “Library Foundation Parking Lot Repaving” Project Manual, and that J-Built Homes, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 8th day of October, 2024, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, the Goshen County Library Foundation will pay to J-Built Homes, Inc. the full amount due under said contract.
