PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Torrington will hold a Work Session on September 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Community Complex Conestoga Room to discuss the special event permits and fees ordinance, the financial condition of the Sanitation Fund using Waterworth, the annexation/sale of water to Cottonwood I and II, and to review a draft sanitation fee ordinance.
