STATE OF WYOMING, COUNTY OF GOSHEN, IN THE MATTER OF THE JAMES MERRICK TRUST OF MARCH 26, 2014 DATED MARCH 26, 2014, AMENDED JANUARY 19, 2021. NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE Pursuant to W.S.§ 4-10-506(a), Penny Jean Merrick, Trustee of the James Merrick Trust of March 26, 2014, Dated March 26, 2014, Amended January 19, 2021 (herein Trust), advises all creditors and persons interested in the Trust as follows: James A. Merrick executed the Trust on March 26, 2014, amended January 19, 2021. James A. Merrick died on July 14, 2024 in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming. Penny Jean Merrick was designated as Successor Trustee of the Trust. Creditors shall make all claims in writing to Trustee within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address of Alyssa Coulson, Attorney at Law, 210 East 23rd Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240. Creditors and other interested persons shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address above. Creditors receiving this notice by mail shall make all claims in writing to Trustees within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. The time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or of the proposed distribution of the Trustees is one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. A creditor or other interested person failing to file its/his claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the times provided is forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing any judicial proceeding against James A. Merrick or the assets of the Trust.
