STATE OF WYOMING, COUNTY OF GOSHEN, IN THE MATTER OF THE RUSSELL W. ZIMMER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 12, 1998 AND ILA L. ZIMMER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 12, 1998. NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE BOTH TRUSTS Pursuant to W.S.§ 4-10-506(a), Mary Viktorin, Vickie Zimmer, and Marcia Ward, Co-Trustees of the Russell W. Zimmer Revocable Trust Agreement and Ila L. Zimmer Revocable Trust Agreement both Dated April 12, 1998 (herein Trusts), advises all creditors and persons interested in the Trusts as follows: Russell W. Zimmer Revocable Trust Agreement and Ila L. Zimmer Revocable Trust Agreement Both dated April 12, 1998. Russell W. Zimmer died on July 12, 2024 in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming and Ila L. Zimmer died on January 24, 2024 in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming. Mary Viktorin, Vickie Zimmer, and Marcia Ward were designated as Successor Co-Trustees of the Trusts. Creditors shall make all claims in writing to Trustees within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address of Alyssa Coulson, Attorney at Law, 210 East 23rd Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240. Creditors and other interested persons shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trusts within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address above. Creditors receiving this notice by mail shall make all claims in writing to Trustees within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. The time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of the Trusts or of the proposed distribution of the Trustees is one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. A creditor or other interested person failing to file its/his claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trusts within the times provided is forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trusts or commencing any judicial proceeding against either Russell W. Zimmer or Ila L. Zimmer or the assets of the Trusts.
