TORRINGTON – Heather and Jason Fullmer invite family and friends to join them in honoring the life of their father, James (Jim) Fullmer, on June 15, 2024, at the Lincoln Community Complex in Torrington. This special Celebration of Life will be a time to share memories and stories. The event will begin with an informal reception at 12 p.m., followed by a service at 1 p.m.
