08:50-Municipal; district, circuit-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Bailiff needed at 9 a.m. for court. Disposition completed.

08:53-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West C Street. RP at PD was walking they found a 12 GA shell and a 5.56 casing. RP wants to know what to do with them. Disposition completed.

10:03-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on East A Street. Hit and run. Have been gone for a week and came back Sunday afternoon and pickup has been hit. RP advised the way it looks to him, the street sweeper hit it. RP advised has not moved the pickup. Disposition report required.

10:11-Animal call-Occurred on East 11th Avenue. Would like to speak to animal control officer. RP advised that someone gave them three kittens that RP rehabilitated. RP advised that they are moving and are unable to take them with. RP advised that they have taken them to the vet and given them first set of shots nine weeks old currently. Disposition completed.

10:13-Medical aid-Occurred on Laramie Street. Exhibiting stroke-like symptoms. Disposition completed.

10:51-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West Valley Road. Believe former employees have stolen some cash and there are some computer discrepancies and would like an officer to come take a report. Disposition report required.

11:06-Scam calls, monetary, computer fraud-Occurred on State Highway 154. Just received a honey call saying Rocky Mountain power account delinquent and they were going to shut power off in 45 minutes if the account is not paid. RP advised call sounded very official and the caller did not have an accent. RP advised all sounded very official and the caller did not have an accent. RP advised that when the phone rang it came up as potential spam, but still answered. Disposition completed.

11:17-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. RP at PD requesting to speak to an officer. RP advised believes family member has their phones and is using them, pretending to be them. Disposition completed.

11:29-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Paying on fine. Disposition completed.

11:31-Followup on incident or case-Officer initiated activity at East 22nd Avenue, Torrington. 

11:51-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Disposition citation issued.

12:06-Traffic complaints; speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on US Highway 85. Red-white semi hauling sand trailer. RP advised that RP was stopped at RR tracks because RP is in a placarded vehicle and the semi ran a silver care off the road at the RR tracks near silvertip heading into Yoder. Vehicle is turning north of Yoder. Disposition completed.

13:52-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West A Street. RP thinks someone broke into house. Disposition report required.

13:55-Welfare check-Occurred on Hope Road. RP would like a deputy to check on parent, has not heard from parent since Saturday, phone is going straight to voicemail, please call back and give an update. Disposition completed.

15:22-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Main Street. Random vehicles sitting behind the store. Concerns for employee safety as it gets darker. Disposition completed.

16:03-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Gray Rocks Road. Need to speak with a deputy regarding a stolen vehicle that was likely taken from Goshen County. Disposition report required.

16:19-Medical aid-Occurred on East B Street. Unknown medical alarm. Unable to contact subscriber. Disposition completed.

16:40-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

16:54-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Disposition citation issued.

17:09-Traffic complaint, speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on US Highway 85. Northbound HWY 85. Five tractors going approximately 20 mph causing a line of traffic and causing traffic jams. Disposition completed.

17:13-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

17:17-Assist the public-Occurred on West 15th Avenue. Water unlock. Disposition completed.

17:24-Found property report-Occurred on East 25th Avenue. RP advised child found a wedding ring in the sand near the pool. Ring is tungsten and is dark gray in color. Disposition unable to complete incident. 

17:28-Lost animal calls-Occurred on High St. Missing approximately four hours. RP advised left the dog in the house when RP went to Scottsbluff and forgot they had a window cracked and when RP returned the dog is gone. RP advised dog is a neutered bro dachshund mix wearing faded orange collar. “Steven.”

17:34-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

17:38-Juvenile problem-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Would like an officer to speak with child about being caught with a vape. Disposition completed.

18:03-Assist the public-Occurred on Lupine Drive. RP wants to know if RP is legal to drive or not. Says that license was supposed to be reinstated the 28th. Disposition completed.

18:11-Any civil problem-Occurred on Road 47. Parent not letting friend in the house to get oxygen machine, would like PX back. Disposition completed.

18:15-Assist the public-Occurred on Main Street. Individual got locked out of TL. Disposition completed.

18:31-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at East 25th Avenue, Torrington. Disposition completed.

18:55-Vin inspection-Occurred on East 25th Avenue. White Jeep 2015 parked west side of the park RP there for swim team meet. Disposition completed.

19:34-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie.  Silver Porsche. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

20:30-Control burn-Occurred on Road 32. Burning trash, in a burn barrel with grate, has hones on site. RP was informed of fire ban restrictions and said fire will be out by 8 a.m.

20:58-Animal call-Occurred on US Highway 85. Five to six black cows in ditch both sides of the road. Disposition completed.

21:00-Extra patrol-Occurred on Lingle-Veteran Road. Disposition completed.
