08:31 – Filthy premise, RV parking, sign, snow, trees, weeds – Occurred on E E Street. Someone dumped a bunch of tree branches next to dumpster / RP advised neighbors also have a large pile next to their dumpster and said that Sunday they saw a big white truck coming through the alley putting branches out.
