CHEYENNE – Wilkening, Mark (#17368), a Wyoming inmate, died July 30, 2024, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Facility in Torrington. Inmate Wilkening was convicted of 1st Degree Sexual Assault (W.S. 6-2-302(a)(i)). He was sentenced in Natrona County by Judge Spangler to life imprisonment. Mr. Wilkening was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on January 4, 1965. Per WDOC policy an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
