11:56-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East F Street. RP came to request a motorcycle be removed form property. Was advised that we don’t remove (tow) vehicles from private property. Responded RP “has” to pay for that, was advised yes. Then RP commented believes it to be a stolen motorcycle. RP said is the person to have left the motorcycle at home. Told RP we would send someone by to check the status of the bike. Disposition completed.

12:00-Assist the public-Occurred on East 11th Avenue. At shelter to look at a dog. Referred to PD where shelter person is. Disposition completed.

05:17-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West 25th Avenue. Sprinkler head leaking water in the alley. Disposition completed.

05:57-Officer court papers other than warrants-Officer initiated activity at West 14th Avenue, Torrington. Disposition completed.

08:42-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West 15th Avenue. Subject in park oil spills. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

10:17-Assist the public-Occurred on East 24th Avenue. RP said wants to buy a bike and wants to know if () can ride it. Disposition completed.

12:16-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred at Road 234/HWY 85. Trailer rolled over RP. Said no injury or road block. Disposition completed.

13:58-Assist the public-Occurred on Main Street. Said landlord called mad ref officer stopping by. Could not tell me who or what and would like a call back info in house only showed in a case per cannot release what it was in ref. RP was advised would have officer call back. Disposition completed.

14:36-Assist other agency-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Wants to meet EMS. It was info transfer. Disposition completed.

15:00-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East G Street. Missing scooter. Disposition completed.

16:13-Animal call-Officer initiated activity at West 28th Avenue, Torrington. Yellow labs. Dogs running at large. Disposition report required.

23:29-Animal call-Occurred on Buena Vista Road. Barking dog all night. Disposition completed.

Sunday, July 7 

01:32-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Accidental non-emergency call, younger voice stated it was an accidental call and was just hanging out with friends when asked name and where was states. Disposition completed.

07:23-Generic fire call/not specified-Occurred on East C Street. RP said carbon monoxide alarm going off. Started in basement by water heater and water heater leaking water. Other alarms going off since then, had for at least three years. BHE. Disposition completed.

07:45-Assist the public-Occurred on West C Street. Unlock restrooms on weekends. Disposition completed.

10:04-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 20th Avenue. Disposition completed.

11:49-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition citation issued.

11:50-Welfare check-Occurred on State Highway 157. RP said ex does not have to return child. RP wants deputy to check out civil paperwork. Disposition completed.

12:15-Any civil problem-Occurred on East F Street. RP wants a civil standby to move vehicle off RP’s property and doesn’t not want problems with other half’s family member. Disposition completed.

13:16-Welfare check-Occurred on East Valley Road. Request Welfare check on child in vehicle. 

14:21-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Main Street. Building attached someone in there and window broken. Curtain moved seems like someone is inside. Disposition completed.

14:29-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. 911 call to see if they call EMS if they can be taken to, was advised they have to take someone to the nearest facility first then they can transport out. Did not want EMS and hung up. Disposition completed.

120:18-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Wants to know where they can park their car to sleep since they are homeless. Disposition completed.
