00:08-Lost animal calls-Occurred on East K Street. Australian Shepherd black and white. Disposition completed.

00:23-Assist the public-Occurred on West E Street. RP states doing security and is seeing several vehicles driving by and slowing down. Wants it checked out. RP on the back side of the building. Disposition completed.

04:50-Welfare check-Occurred on East D Street. RP states person at RP’s home is intoxicated and wants an officer to check on them. Disposition completed.

07:21-Animal call-Occurred on US Highway 26. Cow out. North side of road. East of Fort Laramie, tan and brown cow. Disposition completed.

07:21-Welfare check-Occurred on Arrowhead Road. States that RP’s child, called RP and said they were calling the cops to come up to child’s parent’s house. RP would like them checked on to make sure everything is okay. Disposition completed.

07:47-Domestic-Occurred on East 1st Street. Both parties still on scene. Has been physical. Disposition report required.

08:22-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on Road 72 L. Hit a gas service. Back Hills is already on the way. Disposition completed.

09:07-Assist other agency-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Would like to speak to someone regarding a vehicle that is down there. Disposition completed.

09:49-Control burn-Occurred on Road 45. Scrap lumber. Disposition completed.

10:02-Log information-Occurred at state highway 160. US Highway 26 at Map 0. Malfunctioning crossing, technician enroute. Disposition completed.

10:20-Welfare check-Occurred on West C Street. Unable to get ahold of patient. Saw in office yesterday and had lab work done. RP advised got lab results back and need patient to go to ER. Disposition completed.

10:32-Followup on incident or case-Officer initiated activity at East 22nd Avenue, Torrington. Interview. Disposition report required.

10:33-Followup on incident or case-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Disposition completed.

10:33-Medical aid-Occurred on Albany Avenue. Difficulty breathing. Come to north entrance. Disposition completed.

11:01-Welfare check-Occurred at West 4th Street, Clover Avenue. Individual laying in middle of the street on highway 26 between Clover and McDowell. Says they had a stroke in the past. Leaned up against blue SUV with handicap sticker. RP advised that RP had to leave, but individual’s leg was swollen as if it may be broken or something. Disposition gone on arrival.

11:18-Burglary-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. One of RP’s trailers in backyard has been broken into, doesn’t know if anything is missing. Came through side gate on chain link side. Disposition report required.

11:18-Followup on incident or case-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Disposition completed.

11:51-Assist the public-Occurred on Campbell Drive. Helicopter landing at 12:30. Need officer to standby. Disposition completed.

12:06-Any civil problem-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Has eviction concerns. Wishes to speak with a deputy. Disposition completed.

12:19-Scam calls, monetary, computer fraud-Occurred on West C Street. Wanted to report RP received a call from the police officer. Benevolent fundraisers and believed it was a scam call in case more calls come in. Did not give any personal information to caller. Disposition completed.

12:49-Disturbance-Occurred on College Drive. Hears kids screaming and pounding from apartment, thinks that someone might be being abused. Disposition unable to complete incident.

12:57-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at Lingle Community Center, Main Street, Lingle. Disposition completed.

13:28-Followup on incident or case-Officer initiated activity at East F Street, Torrington. Disposition completed.

14:54-Followup on incident or case-Occurred on East F Street. Failing to maintain yard/pen.

15:30-Assist the public-Occurred on state highway 156. Neighbor put in an arena and bringing in sand. Is now blowing and covering up RP’s yard and sprinklers. Would like to speak with an officer to see if there is anything RP can do. 

15:38-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred at East 27th Avenue. East B Street child lost and doesn’t know where child lives. Was walking with sibling and lost sibling. Disposition report required.

15:39-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East F Street. Small child chasing two black dogs by Jirdon ballpark. Disposition completed.

15:41-Scam calls, monetary, computer fraud-Occurred on Main Street. Being scammed and would like to speak to someone. RP requests to give a call. Disposition report required.

16:00-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East F Street. Small child hanging body out of window and spraying stuff. RP is afraid the child is going to fall. RP does not know who the parents are. RP advised parents are not home. Disposition completed.

16:11-Log information-Occurred on Main Street. Not requesting assistance. Pipeline R.O.W. that runs through Yoder rea have contacted personnel to inspect pipeline around area. Requesting if we receive any calls from public to forward telephone number, 877-420-8800 so that they can speak to citizens. Will call back if any assistance is needed and with any updates. Disposition completed.

17:03-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on West 25th Avenue. One vehicle rollover, bunch of kids in vehicle, van or SUV. Disposition report required.

18:37-Citation served-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. In lobby to pick up cite. Disposition completed.

19:13-Traffic complaints, Speed, Reckless, Etc.-Occurred at Road 53 D. US Highway 26. Kid on dirt bike driving fast, still on Road 53 D. Disposition completed.

19:29-Log information-Occurred on Campbell Drive. Disposition completed.

20:04-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 85, Lingle. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

22:51-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West D Street. Individual at RP’s house. RP is out of town. Wearing leggings and a white hoodie, RP does not want individual there. Disposition completed.

23:09-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition completed.

23:36-Larceny-Occurred on East Valley Road. Two customers came into store walked out with two alcohol shooters without paying for them. Left in a 2012-ish white Audi. Turned onto East D Street. Disposition report required.
