02:41-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West B Street. RP said neighbor’s garage light on and when RP lets dogs out individual took off running north w/white t-shirt and work boots. Disposition gone on arrival.

08:53-Medical aid-Occurred on East 5th Avenue. Fell out of bed yesterday and not acting right. Disposition completed.

09:43-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on West B Street. 911 call. Sounds like small child on line. Will not let dispatch speak to parents but is able to answer some questions. Unable to understand name. Disposition completed.

11:21-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

11:23-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. RP would like an officer to reach out about an MVA that occurred about a month ago at 20th and East F Street. Another vehicle hit child’s vehicle. Disposition completed.

12:27-Generic fire call/not specified-Occurred on South Lacy Street. RP hit a power line. Disposition completed. 

12:35-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Campbell Drive. Individual was admitted to the hospital a couple days ago with $200 cash. Told some of the staff that another individual had given it to them to buy drugs with. Disposition completed.

13:05-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on US Highway 26. 911 call with buzzing noise. Called back got busy signal. Disposition completed.

14:28-Assist the public-Occurred on Converse Street. Residential fall detection alert. Disposition completed.

14:37-Followup on incident or case-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. RP spoke with detective a few months ago regarding RP a sibling who was murdered and RP has some information RP needs to pass on. Disposition completed.

15:34-Medical aid-Occurred on Laramie Street. Fallen out of bed possible broken nose. Disposition completed.

16:31-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Report of potential sexual abuse. Disposition completed.

16:52-Dumpster fire-Occurred on East E Street. Smoke in a roll off dumpster. Disposition completed.

17:19-Assist the public-Occurred on Bighorn Street. Med hold at hospital being moved out of town. Individual wants people to know that they are being moved and individual doesn’t know their numbers. Would like an officer to go to the home and let them know. Disposition completed.

17:55-Any civil problem-Occurred on East F Street. RP would like a call back about when they can move into home. RP has no paperwork to reference. Disposition completed.

19:00-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on state highway 154. Teenage kid hanging out the window yelling “help me.” Pewter colored Chevy Suburban moving westbound. Unknown plate info. Disposition completed.

19:02-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on West C Street. One vehicle on side gray care in the middle of the road. Disposition report required.

21:14-Reddi-Occurred on East Valley Road. Black Chevy Impala drinking and driving, saw open vodka bottles, went towards business not even five minutes ago, no back plate. Disposition gone on arrival.

21:14-Harassment-Occurred on Road 66 X. Child being bullied by kids in form of phone calls. Disposition completed.

21:18-Vandalism-Occurred on East F Street. RP just got home, and car was fine before PR left parents. PT Cruiser has been parking in residence parking, cap to tire is missing and air is spurting out, RP believes friends of the tenants in apt. are messing with RP’s car. Disposition completed.

22:48-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on US Highway 26. Crash alert with no response. Disposition completed.

22:51-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition completed.

23:24-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at East J Street, Torrington. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

23:48-Water department call out-Occurred on East G Street. Water shooting out of ground by stop sign. Disposition unable to complete incident.
