PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen County Library has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Goshen County Library and J-Built Homes, Inc. pursuant to the “Library & Foundation Parking Lots Repaving” Project Manual, and that J-Built Homes, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 29th day of October, 2024, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, the Goshen County Library will pay to J-Built Homes, Inc. the full amount due under said contract.
