NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING YODER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (YFPD)
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on proposed budget of the YFPD, Goshen Co., WY, for the 2024-2025 FY, ending 06-30-25, will be held at the Yoder Fire Hall in the said District on July 11th, 2024, at 6:00 PM. All persons interested may appear and be heard respecting the budget as follows:

W.S. 16-4-109(a) which states:
16 4 109. Budget hearings.
(a) A summary of the proposed budget shall be entered into the minutes and the governing body shall publish the summary at least one (1) week before the hearing date in a newspaper having general circulation in which the municipality is located, if there is one, otherwise by posting the notice in three (3) conspicuous places within the municipality.
