NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the application of Bruce and Cindy Louth for a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Lingle, as provided under Section 503, Board of Adjustments, Zoning Regulations, Town of Lingle, for: A car port setback variance. Located in Residential Zone 1 on the following described real property: 200 Reid Street; Block 6 Lot 2 S 50’ of Original Town Tract. A hearing of the Board of Adjustments will be held in the Council Chambers, Lingle Community Center, Lingle, Wyoming at 5:00 p.m. on the 9th day of June 2021 at which time the application will be considered and all persons interested will be heard.
