NOTICE to DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES

Cahoy Pump Service, located in Cheyenne, WY  (641-330-6051) is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the City of Torrington, Wyoming Project for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas:  Excavating, Water Well Construction materials, and final grading & seeding.

All disadvantaged businesses should contact Darin Cahoy, IN WRITING, either by Certified Mail, return receipt requested, or email to [email protected] to discuss the subcontracting opportunities.  All negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening on November 10, 2020 at 3:00 pm.

Proposals will be evaluated by price first, past work history / references second, and responsiveness third.
