TO: RALPH D. RUX AND CONNIE J. RUX, his and her successors and assigns, and if he or she be deceased, his or her unknown heirs, devisees and personal representatives
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that Jerry W. Kimbrel and Terry A. Kimbrel, as Plaintiffs, have filed with the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming in Docket No. CV-2019-119-DC, a First Amended Complaint in which you are named as Defendants, by which it is alleged Plaintiffs are the fee simple owners and in possession of lands described below, and in which the relief demanded is to wholly exclude you from any interest or estate in said lands described as:
A TRACT OF LAND consisting of the following descibed part of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Block 5 of the First Addition to the Town of Hawk Springs, Wyoming (according to the recorded plat thereof) and running thence East along the South line of Clarke Street of said Town, if said South line were extended, a distance of 876 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land herein conveyed; thence continuing East along the South line of Clarke Street, if extended, 661 feet, more or less, to a point 33 feet West of the North and South center line of said Section 13; thence South along a line 33 feet West and parallel to said half section line a distance of 680 feet, more or less, to intersect the North line of the County Road which is the extension East of the North line of Marlatt Street of said Town of Hawk Springs; thence West along the North line of said county road 661 feet, more or less, to a point which is 876 feet East of the Southeast corner of Block 6 of the First Addition to said Town of Hawk springs; thence North 680 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Plaintiffs further seek to obtain a decree quieting Plaintiffs' title to said lands and enjoining and debarring you from asserting hereafter any claim or interest in and to said lands.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that, unless on or before December 4, 2020, you answer said Complaint or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be entered against you.
