Notice is hereby given that Goshen County will receive sealed bids at the Goshen County Courthouse for the ”2020 County Road Striping” project until 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Thursday, October 15, 2020. The work is described in the plans and specifications and on the bid schedule, and consists of the following major quantities (approximately):
Centerline Pavement Striping (in various locations) 113 MI
Bid forms, specifications, and plans may be obtained either in digital or hard copy format from BenchMark of Torrington, P.C., 119 East 19th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240, (307) 532-3811 or by emailing rachelle@benchmark-torr.com upon payment of $40.00 per set for hard copy or $25.00 per set for digital copy, non-refundable. Bid documents may be inspected at the above listed office from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Bidders may contact the Engineer to schedule a site visit or to ask any questions regarding this project. In order to bid this project, the Bidder’s name must appear on the list of plan holders held by BenchMark of Torrington, P.C.
Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. This project will be funded with federal funds, and therefore, there will be no Wyoming Preference, and Davis-Bacon wages will apply. The sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope “2020 County Road Striping.” THE BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Thursday, October 15, 2020.
