Goshen County School District No. 1 seeks submittals from local individuals to provide photography services for all schools in Goshen County School District #1 (GCSD). The intent is that no charge will be incurred by GCSD. GCSD is requesting files, as described in the Request For Qualifications document, for inclusion in the District’s student information system and yearbook publications. In exchange, the photographer will have the opportunity to present portrait packages for sale to families.

Proposals shall be received by the Owner on the date above at the Goshen County School District No.1 Administration building located at 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240.
The Owner reserves the privilege to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, agricultural products, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the state.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
