Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by MCM Operating LLC to conduct well completion and re-completion activities (F029988) in Goshen County, Wyoming.  The proposed permit includes requirements to conduct well completions or re-completions using best management practices to reduce emissions of regulated pollutants associated with such activities to the extent practicable and to monitor, maintain records and report emissions from the completions or re-completion activities.
