Deirdre Newman hereby gives notice that an action to appoint the wrongful death representative of Neil E. Newman has been instituted in the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming entitled In the Matter of the Wrongful Death of Neil E. Newman. Any person claiming to qualify as a wrongful death representative under Wyoming Statute 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right. Any person who intends to intervene shall service notice of the intervention on the wrongful death representative’s attorneys: Amy M. Iberlin or P.
