THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Petitioner’s Verified Petition for Name Change pursuant to W.S. §1-25-103, and Petitioner’s request to change her name from Debra Jean Schwartzkopf to Debra Jean Dunbar, and the Court being fully advised in the premises; HEREBY FINDS Petitioner has complied with all statutory requirements for name change.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, any person having cause to object should appear at the Eighth Judicial District Court, Goshen County, Wyoming on 18th day of November 2019 at 8:00 a.m. to show cause why the name change requested should not be granted.
