On September 13, 2019, Carl Michael Johnson and Terry Wayne Johnson, filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for a decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Kenneth Freeman Johnson deceased, to-wit:
REAL PROPERTY:
That portion of the SE¼ of Section 9, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, Described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 3, Curtis Addition, Town of Torrington, and running thence in a general Westerly direction along a line having a bearing of North 89̊ 47’ 40” East for a distance of 60 feet to a point of beginning; thence in a general Westerly direction from the point of beginning along a line having a bearing as aforesaid for a distance of 58 feet; thence in a general Northerly direction along a line having a bearing of North 0̊ 5’ 0” West to the intersection of said line with the Southern boundary line of the C.B.&Q. Railroad Company’s right-of-way, being the same as the Right-of-way of the Eastern Wyoming Railroad Company; thence in a general Southeasterly direction along said boundary of said right-of-way to its intersection with a line running in a general Northerly direction of North 0̊ 5’ 0” West from the point of beginning; thence in a general Southerly direction along said line running as aforesaid in a general Northerly direction from the said point of beginning, to said point of beginning, and Lots 1 and 10, in Block 4 in Park Addition to Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.

which estate does not exceed $200,000.00 in value.
Said application is set for hearing on October 21, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming.
