Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property

To:  Charles Harshberger, Jr. and All Other Occupants
      
The property located at 147 Leiter Avenue, Lingle, WY 82223 is owned by the Select Portfolio Servicing.  Upon notification that the property was vacant, the owner’s agent attempted to secure the premises and found that the following personal property remained at the property:  Miscellaneous household and personal items.        

To claim this property, please contact the Owner’s Agent,
Weinstein and Riley, P.S. at 307-462-2690.

You must take possession of the property to which you are entitled, or notify the agent in writing of your intent to take possession, within seven (7) days from the date this notice is published.  If you notify the agent in writing of your intent to take possession of the property, you must take possession within fifteen (15) days from the date this notice is published.  The property will be deemed abandoned and disposed of if you do not take possession of it within the stated time period.
