The small town of Yoder closed down Main Street on Saturday for the annual Yoder Days celebration. The event featured everything from face painting to carriage rides on the town’s only paved street the majority of the afternoon. Vendors from the community were on display for spectators and attendees while the delicious aroma of lunch, provided by the Yoder Women’s Club, drifted down the street. Children in the community enjoyed a bounce house, sidewalk chalk and commandry while their parents admired a handful of classic cars and unique vehicles. The event carried on well into the evening with a street dance complete with rain showers.
