02:04-Door check-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Downtown walk. Disposition completed.

04:50-Log information-Occurred on E J Street. RP said they were going to be on way to ER. RP was advised RP is still required by law to maintain legal speed limits, RP refused EMS. Disposition completed.

07:34-Medical aid-Occurred on East 20th Avenue. Fell with several injuries. Disposition completed.

08:22-Log information-Occurred on West C Street. Testing the fire alarm. Disposition completed.

08:26-Assist the public-Occurred on E D Street. Digging company pulling a water line. Needs officer assistance for road closure to pull a water line across E D Street. Approximate time about two hours and assistance will be needed for about 15 minutes. Disposition completed.

08:28-Animal call-Occurred on US Highway 85. One black cow near the north bound lane of the road. Disposition gone on arrival.

09:22-Welfare check-Occurred on West E Street. Employee does prep in the morning and didn’t show up to work at 08:00. RP wants us to do a wellness check. Not like employee to not show up to work. Disposition completed.

10:25-Water department callout-Occurred on East 20th Avenue. Airport BPS system intrusion. Disposition completed.

10:45-Suspisicious circumstances-Occurred on Main Street. RP found a pipe. Disposition report required.

12:08-Assist the public-Occurred on East 20th Avenue. RP states an individual is at the above address and is looking for a place to stay. They gave individual info and individual is not leaving. They are requiring assistance. Disposition completed.

12:18-Juvenile problem-Occurred on West C Street. RP at PD. Having ongoing issues with RP’s child. Had sibling take child for a few days to get some distance from the situation. Disposition completed.

12:25-Any civil problem-Occurred on E 3rd Avenue. RP states that someone broke into their garage. RP lives in Newcastle and will only be here today. Disposition completed.

12:39-Assist the public-Occurred on West 15th Avenue. RP states that they have been hearing an alarm for the past six days. Disposition completed.

12:59-Municipal, district, circuit-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Pick up inmate from detention for court. Disposition completed.

13:00-Any civil problem-Occurred on Whalen Canyon Road. Tearing down camp from 14:00-15:30. Request deputy out there in case anything happens. Disposition completed.

13:05-Animal call-Occurred on East C Street. RP states a sickly cat won’t leave their porch and they are afraid it may have rabies. Disposition completed.

13:31-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East F Street. Grandchild gave RP a vape pen. RP also advised that individual has been taking RP’s vehicles without permission. Disposition completed.

13:42-Assist other agency-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Court order to transport juvenile to Douglas. Disposition completed.

13:50-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Deer Creek Road. RP advised that a pickup and horse trailer are on their property and they don’t know who it is. Disposition completed.

14:24-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. RP needs assistance getting paycheck from last place of employment. Disposition completed.

14:49-Log information-Occurred on Van Tassel Road. Dark GRN 2002 Chevrolet Malibu broke down at entrance to Dillman Estates. Car belongs to RP’s grandchild. RP’s spouse is enroute from northern Wyoming and will be coming to pick the vehicle up once they get home this evening. Disposition completed.

15:34-Medical aid-Occurred on East A Street. RP states person sitting outside at a bench. Gave person water and would like an ambulance. Feels like they are going to pass out. Disposition completed.

16:09-Hit confirmation NCIC/WYO warrants etc.-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Wyoming warrant. Disposition completed.

16:22-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 5th Avenue. RP owns property, people living there are selling meth, and they are not supposed to be. RP advised tenant is only person RP is renting to. RP advised RP hasn’t been paid since December and it is RP’s understanding that tenant no longer lives there and there ae still several people on the property and wants to know what to do. 

16:31-Medical aid-Occurred on West B Street. Not feeling well. Disposition completed.

17:03-Water department callout-Occurred on Main Street. RP states appears to be a water line that was hit in front to the front doors at the above address. Disposition completed.

18:04-Medical aid-Occurred on East 3rd Avenue. Doesn’t feel good, experiencing vertigo. Disposition completed.

19:00-Extra patrol-Occurred on Road 63. Disposition completed.

19:22-Assist other agency-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition completed.

20:26-Disturbance-Occurred on East G Street. Individual screaming at the RP at house across the street calling RP names and screaming at RP about kids. Disposition completed.

22:20-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 3rd Avenue. RP calling for friend ref an eviction notice friend got today would like PX back. Disposition completed.

22:55-Medical aid-Occurred on West C Street. Individual walked disoriented, seems tired. Said they need an ambulance that all RP knows. Disposition completed.

00:17-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. RP in lobby stating RP was at significant others house, RP advising that someone vandalized RP’s car with food, RP has car here, but RP has washed car and doesn’t have pictures, would like to speak with an officer. Disposition completed.

00:56-Assist the public-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. Individual called the RP and individual lives in California. RP advising that individual uses drugs, RP wants to know what is going to happen if individual comes to Torrington and contacts the RP. RP would like call back.

00:17-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. RP in lobby stating was at significant others house. RP advising that someone vandalized RP’s car with food, RP has car here, but RP has washed car and doesn’t have pictures. Would like to speak with an officer. Disposition completed.

00:56-Assist the public-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. Individual called the RP and individual lives in California. RP advising that individual uses drugs, RP wants to know what is going to happen if individual comes to Torrington and contacts the RP. RP would like call back. 

06:09-Alarm-Occurred on East Valley Road. Silent alarm. Disposition completed.

07:44-Animal call-Officer initiated activity on East F Street, Torrington. Injured rabbit. Disposition animal impounded/disposed of.

08:16-Animal call-Officer initiated activity at State Highway 154, Veteran. Horse in the roadway. Disposition completed.

12:32-Any civil problem-Occurred on East B Street. RP states significant other moved out over 30 days ago and stuff is still at the house. RP has tried to contact the person and no response. Wants to know rights about their things. Disposition completed.

12:39-Any civil problem-Occurred on Road 47. RP is having problems with significant other following RP again and significant other has no trespassing on RP’s property. RP states that significant other wants the pickup that RP is driving. Would like a deputy to meet RP at home. Disposition completed.

12:45-Log information-Occurred on East 11th Avenue. At the range firing today. Disposition completed.

13:05-911 Call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on North Lawton Avenue. Accidentally tapped lifeline button while on call. Life alert reached RP through lifeline equipment. JRP advised that there is not emergency it was an accidental push. Disposition completed.

14:00-Grass fire-Occurred on State Highway 156. Fire in barrow pit. Disposition completed.

14:36-Traps left at location or loaned out-Officer initiated activity at East D Street, Torrington. Trying to catch possums. Disposition completed.

14:56-Assist the public-Occurred on West 15th Avenue. RP needs water turned on lot 9. Disposition completed.

15:11-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on West 9th Street. RP stated last night RP’s child had two friends over riding a four wheeler. Said the two drove it down the street past individual’s house. RP said individual exited the house and yelled at the kids to slow down and they reported individual pulled a gun on them. Disposition completed.

16:51-Records entry-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Cancel WYO warrant/enter NCIC warrant. Disposition completed.

16:58-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Contacted officer via phone, and an intake to discuss, and information to relay to police. Disposition completed.

17:18-Medical aid-Occurred on M Street. Diabetic problems, conscious and breathing. Feels like they are going to pass out. Disposition completed.

18:00-Assist the public-Occurred on East F Street. RP upset because the sprinklers just came on and baseball is going on. Disposition completed.

18:06-Harassment-Occurred on East J Street. RP being harassed by a family of four people. RP would like a call back, does not want officers to respond. Disposition completed.

18:23-Parking complaints-Occurred on Main Street. Red TK parking in intersection of main has dog in back seat older driver five county plate unknown balance early 2000s TK. Disposition completed.

18:31-Animal call-Occurred on US Highway 85. Cows out in road, black in color, two of them. Disposition completed.

19:46-Animal call-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 85, Torrington. Red calf out. Disposition completed.

19:49-Assist the public-Occurred on East G Street. RP got a report that a patron is a sex offender, would like an officer to respond. Disposition completed.

21:22-Animal call-Occurred on East J Street. Neighbor has a bunch of dogs, two dogs just came into the RP’s yard and they are malnourished, RP would like an officer to come check them out and tell the RP what can be done. Disposition completed.

22:09-Reddi-Occurred on US Highway 85. Individual in there tonight highly intoxicated and was falling down just left southbound in a black Mercury two minutes ago. RP told individual to nap in the parking lot but individual said they had to be in the county in the a.m. to drive a train and left. Disposition completed.

23:23-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at West C Street, Torrington. Black SUV. Disposition warning for any traffic or other. 

23:49-Any type of death call-Occurred on East 4th Avenue. RP advising that they are at individuals house and individual is deceased, has been for a few days. Disposition completed.

12:25-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. RP called to ask questions about a citation that appeared on driving record. RP stated that left in 2002 and records show a citation in 2004. In house records show that received a citation in 2014 for also active warrant. RP would like a call back. Disposition completed.

12:43-Medical aid-Occurred on East Valley Road. Active seizure, breathing. Disposition completed.

16:58-Disturbance-Occurred on West D Street. Dogs barking all day, if you drive on street you can hear it. RP advised that it is happening all day every day. Disposition completed.

17:01-Scam calls, monetary/computer fraud-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Just got a phone call from someone claiming to be a deputy telling RP that () is in violation of a subpoena of a case number that called a number. RP advised that () called the number back and the same answered it. Disposition completed.

17:31-Harassment-Occurred on Main Street. RP at () just came up and started cussing and yelling at RP making threats to beat up. RP would like to speak to an officer. Will wait for officer. Disposition completed.
