02:25-Reddi-Occurred on West C Street. North bound white Toyota swerving towards pedestrians, white cop car was following vehicle and then turned the opposite way. Disposition completed.

03:10-Disturbance-Occurred on Road 37. Individual showed up at residence, there is an active protection order. Individual is banging on the door and walking around RP’s property. Disposition completed.

06:46-Assist other agency-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 85, Hawk Springs. Assist patrol with 10-46. Disposition completed.

07:42-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on East 3rd Avenue. 911 hang up. Disposition completed.

07:49-Traffic complaints; speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on Road 58. RP advised that Monday-Thursday around 720-725 a kid driving a black Jeep goes east to pick someone up and then back to the west. RP advised that driver is driving at least 65-70 mph every time they go by. RP could not get a plate number as driver drives too fast by the house. Disposition completed.

08:00-Any civil problem-Occurred on State Highway 157. To pick up a horse on Thursday morning between 9 a.m.-10 a.m. Disposition completed.

08:12-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East H Street. APS intake kicked out of house approximately four days ago and have been staying in a hotel. Intake due to individual kicking subject with boot and hurt individuals spine. Disposition report required.

09:14-Medical aid-Occurred on Albany Avenue. Patient with headaches. Disposition completed.

09:20-Suspicious vehicle-Occurred on Main Street. White Pontiac Grand AM parked behind building for approximately one week. No plates, just a bill of sale. Disposition completed.

09:44-Traffic Stops-Officer initiated activity at E B Street, Torrington. South of courthouse in alley. Disposition citation issued.

09:56-Generic fire call/not specified-Occurred on Hot Springs Street. Employee hit gas meter and it is leaking. Disposition completed.

09:57-Assist the public-Occurred on East 11th Avenue. Thirty 3rd graders from Lingle and Southeast. Disposition completed.

09:59-Log information-Occurred on Industrial Park Avenue. Testing SCADA alarms. Disposition completed.

10:53-Suspicious person-Occurred at Vistabeam on Main Street. Individual yelling profanities sitting on bench and is scaring customers, wearing camouflage pants and baseball cap. Disposition completed.

10:58-Grass Fire-Occurred on US Highway 26. Three miles south of Gering on Highway 71. Dirt road and brush is on fire and no on there. Disposition completed.

11:12-Assist the public-Officer initiated activity at East P Street, Torrington. AOA with DFS, possible child abuse. Disposition completed.

11:18-Any civil problem-Occurred on Haines Street. Would like advice regarding repossession of a vehicle. Person contract with is refusing to give vehicle back. Disposition completed.

11:47-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East M Street. Needs to visit with an officer about odd things happening. Disposition completed.

12:05-Harassment-Occurred on East Valley Road. Phone number keep calling in and pranking the business. Disposition completed.

12:12-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East Valley Road. Business will not allow entry with service dog. Disposition completed.

12:22-Asssist the public-Occurred on West A Street. Called about a warrant since RP missed court. Referred RP to the municipal court clerk for information. Disposition completed.

12:47-Assist other agency-Officer initiated activity at Road 41 X, Torrington. Home visit with DFS. Disposition completed.

13:36-Animal call-Occurred on Bighorn Street. Orange tabby cat, intact, been hanging around for a couple weeks, has an injured leg. Disposition animal impounded/disposed of. 

13:51-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred at East 30th Avenue. East J Street. Small child and a dog running across the road. Child wearing gray shirt and jeans. Appears to be chasing the dog. Disposition completed.

14:02-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Family member trying to keep RP’s kids from RP and wanting to know if this is legal. RP advised RP and fiancée have gotten into a couple arguments and kids were not around. RP advised they have been staying at RP’s family member’s house. RP would not give family members name or where this was occurring. Advised I would have an officer give RP a call. Disposition completed.

14:10-Assist the public-Occurred on East F Street. Would like to talk to someone regarding officer being called last night. Disposition completed.

14:51-Any civil problem-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Grandparent passed away and friends have property of the deceased in storage units and don’t want to give them back. Disposition completed.

14:52-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on state highway 151. Received 911 call. Could hear someone walking and it sounded like a pocket dial. Disposition completed.

15:03-Weather advisories-Occurred on Road 42. RP witnessed what appeared to be a tornado, approximately one minute ago. Disposition completed.

15:16-Medical aid-Occurred on West B Street. Active seizure. Disposition completed.

16:00-Medical aid-Occurred on Albany Avenue. Back popped trying to pick someone. Pain when patient moves. Disposition completed.

16:26-Followup on incident or case-Officer initiated activity at East 23rd Avenue, Torrington. Disposition completed.

16:30-Vin inspection-Occurred on Road 53. 08:00-08:30 requesting vin at residence. Will be home all day. Call when enroute. Disposition completed.

18:09-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. Disposition report required.

20:20-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East J Street. RP advising that someone broke into house while RP was in Scottsbluff, RP has been in the house and didn’t notice anything missing. Disposition completed.

05:40-Extra patrol-Occurred on Road 47. Extra patrol requested for a month per C712 and incident (), started campfire out with liquor caps out there. Disposition completed.

08:47-Lost animal calls-Occurred on East F Street. Missing female tan with white chest chihuahua since Thursday. Call RP if receive any calls.

11:07-Log information-Occurred on West B Street. In case we get a call about house alarm going off. Everything is fine. Accidentally set off while letting the dog out. RP told how to turn it off. Disposition completed.

11:08-Assist the public-Occurred on East 22nd Avenue. Has questions about where to put LIC plates and window tint in South PL. Disposition completed.

11:31-Animal call-Occurred on East K Street. Dogs running loose. A black and brown dog and black lab. Disposition completed.

11:50-Assist the public-Occurred on Albany Avenue. Expires end of month doesn’t get paid until the 3rd. Wants to know how much trouble will RP get in if pulled over. Disposition completed.

12:16-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on Linda Vista Road. Hit the side of a car. Needs report for insurance states come in from Monte Vista as West C is closed. Disposition report required.

15:05-Medical aid-Occurred on College Drive. Sixty-year-old female in and out of AFIB since yesterday. Possibly broken right foot. Stepped off curb last night and heard something pop. Disposition completed.

15:40-Any type of death call-Occurred on state highway 156. Seventy-year old deceased. Disposition report required.

15:55-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on Main Street. Open line call can hear small child. Can’t make out what they are saying or stating. Needs help getting his movie turned on. Child states mom is sleeping. Disposition completed. 

16:05-Traffic complaints, speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred at overpass on US Highway 26-85. Semi broke down in southbound lane and another semi in northbound lane trying to help and in roadway. Disposition completed.

16:36-Animal call-Occurred on road 66. Neighbor’s dogs just came back over and killed RP’s cat. RP extremely upset. Wants to speak to deputy about it. Disposition report required.

16:42-Traffic complaints, speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on US Highway 26. Car headed towards Torrington. Driver looks like he’s sleeping. Disposition completed.

17:00-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on East K Street. Getting inappropriate texts form at least 12 different numbers and unknown who they are. Disposition completed.

17:05-Animal call-Occurred on US Highway 26. Came home from work, and neighbor’s dog killed RP’s chickens. Dog is still in chicken coop. Disposition completed.

17:16-Hazard-traffic, PED, etc.-Occurred on West A Street. Rolled out in roadway. Disposition completed.

17:31-Any civil problem-Occurred on Road 45 V. Neighbor’s causing issues with RP reference cows being out. And them talking inappropriately to RP’s mother. RP just needs a call back. Disposition completed.

18:44-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on East B Street. Grandson dialed 911 by accident. All is okay. Disposition completed.

19:13-Animal call-Occurred on State Highway 161. Two black cows on highway. Disposition completed.

21:41-911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.)-Occurred on east 22nd Avenue. 911 abandoned, unable to call back. No phase two location given. Disposition completed.

23:18-Animal call-Occurred on state highway 151. RP states left LaGrange heading toward Cheyenne. North of road just before highway 85. Cow under the fence appeared stuck. Looked like trying to give birth.
