TORRINGTON – Funeral services for Harry Edward Heller, 86, will be held 10 a.m. Thursday August 17, 2023 at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brent Mullock officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Harry passed away at Goshen Healthcare Community August 10, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Inclusion Body Myositis Study in Harry’s name and condolences may be sent to www.ColyerFuneralHome.com
Harry was born to Adolph and Clara Heller (Fisher) in Van Tassell, Wyoming. He was a quiet faithful man of the lord. Devoted husband to Sharon (Kinzer). Loving father to Mark (Georgeanna), daughter Myrna (Mark) Hargrave, Bobbi Jo (Jay) Stuck. Papa, grandpa Harry to Briana (Josh) Heller, Elizabeth Starrett, J-Me Lauck, Dustin (Coulleen) Smith, Wesley (Kim) Ault, Tim (Sara) VanListenborgh, Myranda Smith, Robert Stuck and 11 Great-Grandchildren. Sister Della Wolfe, Brother LaVern (Judy) Heller, sister in-law Judy (Curt) Harouff, brother in-law Don Kinzer, and numerous nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to join the reception following the burial at the Moose Lodge.
