INVITATION FOR BIDS
SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLE
The South Torrington Water and Sewer District is accepting sealed, written bids for the sale of the following surplus vehicle:
• Vehicle: 2001 Ford F250 super duty, ¾ ton, 2-wheel drive
• VIN: 1FDNX20L81EB37873
• Mileage: 221,
• Condition: Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.
INSPECTION: The vehicle may be inspected at 371 E 6th Ave, Torrington, Wy between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, from October 1, 2026 to October 7, 2026.
BID SUBMISSION: Sealed bids must be clearly marked "SURPLUS VEHICLE BID" on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be delivered to 371 E 6th Ave, Torrington, Wy 82240, South Torrington Water and Sewer District Office, Attn: Melody Sellers no later than October 8th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Online, faxed, or late bids will not be accepted.
BID OPENING: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on October 8th at 6:15 p.m. at South Torrington Water and Sewer District Board Room, 371 E 6th Ave, Torrington, Wy.
The South Torrington Water and Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. Minimum bid requirement: $750.00.
Vehicle to be delivered within 60 days of acceptance of bid unless otherwise agreed upon.
