Competitors took to a racetrack constructed of dirt and hay bales inside the Pavilion at the Goshen County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 31, for Platte Valley Companies’ Rubber Check Race. Six teams, consisting of two horse riders, an all-terrain-vehicle rider and a wheel barrow driver, competed for the championship at the event.
