NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE
The City of Torrington will consider written sealed bids for the purchase of the prior Ambulance building/Apartment located at 217 West 20th Avenue in Torrington. The real property will be sold to the highest responsible bidder who shall also be responsible for all costs of title insurance and closing costs. The City Council reserves the right to reject all bids. All bids shall be delivered to Torrington City Hall, 436 East 22nd Avenue in Torrington on or before 2:00 p.m. on June 1, 2022 at which time all bids will be read publicly.
