DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Floyd Yoder, deceased, being one and the same person as Floyd A Yoder, being one and the same person as Floyd Harold Yoder. You are hereby notified that Cynthia F. Ridenour has filed with the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, Docket No. PR-2021-53-DC, an Application for Decree of Distribution Pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, for the distribution of personal property.
Any action to contest the entry of such decree shall be filed with the Court on or before 4:00 P.M. on December 19, 2021, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to his estate are requested to make immediate payment to the Estate of Floyd Yoder, 211 E 2nd Avenue, PO BOX 103, Yoder, WY 82244.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of Said Court, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
