NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Christine Wren Schirmer, a/k/a Christine W. Schirmer died on the 6th day of February 2021, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Steven Schirmer, Eric C. Marlatt, Shane C. Marlatt, Steven C. Schirmer, James D. Schirmer, Rosemary L. Sessions, Kristi E. Lindsay, and Catherine E. Shcirmer as her distributees.
On the 19th day of August, 2021, the aforementioned Steven Schirmer filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute certain items of the decedent’s personal property unto Steven Schirmer, as his sole property, and all of the decedents mineral interests in and to the following described real property, situated in Goshen County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Township 21 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming: Section 6: Lot 5 (39.99), Lot 6 (40.03), Lot 7 (40.06), SE/4NW/4 and E/2SW/4; Township 21 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming: Section 1: Lot 1 (40.55) and SE/4NE/4; Township 20 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming: Section 1: Lot 3 (41.64), Lot 4 (42.28) and S/2NW/4; Township 20 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming: Section 7: Lot 2 (37.88), NE/4, SE/4NW/4, NE/4SW/4 and NW/4SE/4
unto Eric Curtis Marlatt (as to an undivided one-sixth), Shane Craig Marlatt (as to an undivided one-sixth), Steven Charles Schirmer II (as to an undivided one-sixth), Catherine Elizabeth Schirmer (as to an undivided one sixth), Kristi Elisa Lindsay (as to an undivided one-sixth), and Rosemary Lorraine Sessions (as to an undivided one-sixth).
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:00a.m. on the 29th day of September, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
