TO: Adrian Ramos and Maria DeRefugio Ramos a/k/a Refugio Ramos and their known heirs, successors and assigns listed hereafter, and if they be deceased or otherwise unknown, their unknown heirs, devisees, legatees and personal representatives
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that Frank Lee Harmer and Valentina Harmer, as Plaintiffs, have filed with the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming in Docket No. CV-2021-27-DC, a Complaint in which you are named as Defendants, by which it is alleged Plaintiffs are the fee simple owners and in possession of lands described below, and in which the relief demanded is to wholly exclude you from any interest or estate in said lands described as:
Lots 18 and 19, Scott Addition to the Town of Lingle, Goshen County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT to easements, rights-of-way, reservations and restrictions of record.
The Lots 20 and 21 in the Scott Addition to the Town of Lingle, Wyoming, according to the recorded plat thereof; together with all improvements thereon.
Plaintiffs further seek to obtain a decree quieting Plaintiffs' title to said lands and enjoining and debarring you from asserting hereafter any claim or interest in and to said lands.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that, unless on or before July 16, 2021 you answer said Complaint or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be entered against you.
