NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDERS ANNUAL MEETING
LUCERNE CANAL AND POWER COMPANY

The annual meeting of Stockholders of the Lucerne Canal and Power Company will be held at the Lingle Presbyterian Church, Lingle Wyoming on Monday January 18, 2021 at 2:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
