NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Deirdre DuFresne has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed to Deirdre DuFresne, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the decedent:
A parcel of land situated within the NW1/4SW1/4 and the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 35 and the E1/2SE1/4 and SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 34, T. 27 N., R. 63W., 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 35, monumented by an aluminum cap:
Thence S.10̊27'33"E a distance of 2237.13 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap and being the Point of Beginning;
Thence S.64̊08'42"E a distance of 680.99 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence S.52̊55'34"E a distance of 180.96 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence S.52̊55'34"E a distance of 50.48 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence S.49̊09'29"W a distance of 2264.80 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N.37̊07'05"W a distance of 353.16 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N.22̊26'26"W a distance of 515.05 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N.48̊48'45"E a distance of 1716.45 feet, to the point of Beginning;
If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, January 22, 2020, the Court shall enter such a decree.
