NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE

In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 16-6-116 Wyoming State Statutes, 1977 Republished Edition, Goshen County School District #1 hereby gives notice that High Pointe Electric whose address is 2518 East C Street; Torrington, WY  82240 as Contractor, has completed services for the Torrington Middle School Lighting Replacement project, Torrington  WY in accordance with the provisions of the contract.

Acceptance having been made, final payment for work completed is now due to Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract.  Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made known to Marcy Cates, Business Manager, Goshen County School District #1, 626 West 25th Avenue,  Torrington, Wyoming  82240, telephone (307) 532-2171 prior to the date of final payment.

Said final payment will be made on October 3, 2019 said date being the 41st date after the first publication of notice.
