PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the proposed budget for the West Highway Water & Sewer District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 will be held at the offices of Weisshaar & Associates, LLC, 241 E. 21st Avenue, Torrington, WY, on Wednesday, the 3rd Day of July, 2019, at 5:00 p.m., at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding such budget.

A summary of the proposed budget is as follows:

    Administration    $    60,500
    Operations             153,200
    Indirect Costs            2,500
    Capital Outlay          80,000

    Total Budget       $  296,200
