TO:   EDNA E. GUNSAULLUS; URSULA ALLEN, also known as SUE ALLEN, also known as MRS. EZRA ALLEN; MRS. CATHERINE OLSON, also known as MRS. CHARLEY OLSON; and PAUL VAN KLEECK, and if deceased, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors and assigns, known and unknown.

YOU AND EACH OF YOU will take notice that Jean Olson, the Alice Marie Beardsley Living Revocable Trust, which is dated March 26, 2010, Leland Olson, Randall Kettleborough and Michael Kettleborough, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming, a Complaint in which you are named as Defendants, by which it is alleged that Jean Olson, the Alice Marie Beardsley Living Revocable Trust, which is dated March 26, 2010, Leland Olson, Randall Kettleborough and Michael Kettleborough are the fee simple title owners and in possession of the lands described below, and in which the relief demanded is to wholly exclude you and each of you from any interest or estate in and to said real property which is situated in Goshen County, Wyoming, and which is described as follows, to-wit:

That the Plaintiffs further seek to obtain by said action a Decree of the above-entitled Court quieting Plaintiffs title to said respective properties which they own, and enjoining and debarring you and each of you from asserting hereafter any claim or interest in and to said lands.

You are further notified that, unless you answer to said Complaint on or before the 17th day of June, 2019, the allegations of said Complaint will be taken as true and judgments will be rendered for Plaintiffs in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
