Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Corrections, has accepted as complete, according to plans, specifications, and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain Service Contract 07SC0806561 between the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Corrections and Bargreen-Ellingson, Inc. whose address is: 811 Winborne Street, Casper, WY 82601 for the work performed, materials, equipment, or tools furnished or used and services rendered for the substantial completion of the Dish Tank Replacement Project 2014, Bid No. 0171-C, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution, Goshen County, Wyoming and the contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Department of Administration and Information will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on January 14, 2019. The date of the first publication is December 5, 2018.
