NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Gladys Stellpflug died on the 23rd day of June, 2016, in Lusk, Wyoming, leaving Marilyn Kay Morgan and Lloyd D. Packard, as the sole heirs and beneficiaries of her Estate.
That Marilyn Kay Morgan and Lloyd D. Packard on the 3rd day of April, 2017, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, 2015, praying that the Court adjudge them to be the owners of the property of the Decedent, and to distribute the same to them; the real property being described as follows:
Township 26 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M.
Section 15: W1/2NW1/4 Part
All that portion of the West half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of
Section 15, Township 26 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County,
Wyoming. Lying westerly of the Interstate Canal also known as the Government
Canal, said land being conveyed consisting of 65 acres, more or less, together
with all water rights and improvements thereon.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court in the District Court Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. on the 8th day of May, 2017, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over the above described property owned by Decedent to Marilyn Kay Morgan and Lloyd D. Packard.
