June 29
8:46 a.m. – Assist the public, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported a large rock in the middle of the street.
9:49 p.m. – Log information, East K Street, Torrington – Caller had received previous notices to clean up the yard and move a vehicle parked in the street; Informing officials the yard would be finished that day and the vehicle would be moved by the
weekend.
11:32 a.m. – Assault, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported they were assaulted by their upstairs neighbor; Said the neighbor was upstairs at the time of the call.
12:16 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported being rear-ended; vehicles moved off the street, no road blockage.
12:31 p.m. – Harassment, East 17th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested information on stalking.
2:13 p.m. – Animal Call, East 17th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a black Nissan parked; Caller said dog inside looked frantic.
2:27 p.m. – Assist the public, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller requested an officer go to the business and view a video referencing shoplifting.
3:16 p.m. – Larceny, Torrington – Report to TPD of stolen guns.
6:18 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, location not listed, Torrington – Anonymous female caller reported a tan van struck dumpsters and fled the area eastbound; dumpsters reported in the roadway and were a hazard.

June 30
1:08 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Report of a party with a lot of young people coming and going.
10:38 a.m. – Larceny, East 24th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a stereo sitting outside the residence was stolen; caller believed suspect vehicle a gold SUV he saw leaving the
neighborhood.

12:36 p.m. – Assist the public, East 19th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported (Name Withheld) did not yield to him while in the crosswalk.
4:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Westbound U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Report of a dark blue, four-door car, driving under the speed limit with smoke rolling out of the car.
9:17 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Caller said she believes people are partying next door; she saw people carrying beer into the home.

July 1
9:50 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Torrington – Caller reported multiple telephone calls from an unknown female, asking to speak to family members. When asked who is calling, female hangs up. Caller reported multiple telephone calls at all hours of the day.
10:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 22, Hawk Springs – Caller reported someone moved their tent while they were gone.
12:36 p.m. – Animal call, U.S. Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Caller reported a cow in the driveway, headed toward the highway.
7:49 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported a strange man walked around a neighboring trailer three times before entering; was inside the trailer at the time of the call and the owners weren’t home.

July 2
4:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Reporting person requested a call back from an officer, said an unidentified person has her belonging and is selling them via social media after agreeing to hold her things until she could get a truck to move them.
5:32 p.m. – Reddi, West 20th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a motorist with a ladder on his vehicle, drove off and the ladder struck the caller in the head; Grey station wagon, eastbound on West 20th Avenue.

July 3
6:14 a.m. – Animal call, U.S. Hwy. 85, Lusk – Caller reported a steer on the highway; No further description.
8:56 a.m. – Disturbance, West E Street, Torrington – Male talking to them about water.
10:15 a.m. – Vandalism, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported their front fence was knocked down sometime during the night; Caller has been dealing with parties next door and wanted to keep officials up-to-date on all the things going on.
5:49 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 26th Avenue, Torrington – Caller said their son has been receiving Snapchats from a child, reported missing from the area; Child said he’s in Fort Collins, Colo., area.
7:29 p.m. – Assist the public, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported he had a person staying with him; All of his belongings are there but the person is gone.
10:21 p.m. – Assist the public, Linda Vista Road, Torrington – Caller reported persons shooting off extremely loud fireworks near his home; Thought they were coming from the area of the Armory; Caller complained it was very late and his dogs were on the verge of a heart attack.

July 4
9:54 a.m. – Animal call, East H Street, Torrington – Caller reported a dead bird on her porch, curious if it need to be collect in case of disease; Requested an officer come and remove the bird from the porch.
9:57 p.m. – Fireworks, Ancha Vista Road, Torrington – Caller reported someone driving around, shooting off fireworks; Caller asked if it was possible it could be the community fireworks show and she said that wasn’t scheduled until the following day; When advised of the date, caller reportedly said, “Well, maybe that is it.”

July 5
10:57 a.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported the new neighbor across the alley is filling up the dumpster and putting trash outside the bin.
1:50 p.m. – Assist the public, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a customer slandering the store on social media; Caller requested the customer be removed from the business.
3:44 p.m. – Assist the public, TPD, Torrington – Caller reported telephone calls from various numbers, including the city of Torrington; Reportedly scam calls, was advised information would be forwarded to investigator.
4:54 p.m. – Grass fire, East E Street, Torrington – Fire in sand hill area started by smoke bomb.
10:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported three semi-trucks using their lights, taking photos and keeping people awake.
