NOTICE OF PUBLICATION IN THE MATTER OF
BETTY JO FORBIS LIVING TRUST
STATE OF WYOMING, COUNTY OF GOSHEN, IN THE MATTER OF THE BETTY JO FORBIS LIVING TRUST DATED JULY 24, 1996. NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE Pursuant to W.S.§ 4-10-506(a), Carol M. Bingham and Shirley Laker, Trustees of the Betty Jo Forbis Living Trust, Dated July 24, 1996 (herein Trust), advises all creditors and person interested in the Trust as follows: Betty Jo Forbis executed the Trust on July 24, 1996. Betty Jo Forbis died on December 6, 2016 at Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming. Carol M. Bingham and Shirley Laker were designated as Trustees of the Trust on October 8, 2015, upon the resignation of Betty Jo Forbis as Trustee and the death of John B. Forbis as Co-trustee. Creditors shall make all claims in writing to Trustees within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address of Nathaniel S. Hibben, Attorney at Law. Creditors and other interested persons shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication of this Notice at the address above. Creditors receiving this notice by mail shall make all claims in writing to Trustees within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. The time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or of the proposed distribution of the Trustees is one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of the Notice. A creditor or other interested person failing to file its/his claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the times provided is forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing any judicial proceeding against Betty Jo Forbis or the assets of Trust of the Trust.
