TORRINGTON – The Moose presented Waggin’ Tails Animal Shelter with a donation of $100 on Tuesday, June 15. The organization donates to Waggin’ Tails every year, according to Phyllis Vanous. Jan Trent (left), Phyllis Vanous and Jody Gulley presented the donation to Animal Control Officer Teri Shinost.
