NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT=S ESTATE

    That Clanton Laverack, II died on the 28th day of December, 2016, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Brian Laverack, Terry Laverack, and Shelly Kiss, as his sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.

    That Brian Laverack, Terry Laverack, and Shelly Kiss, the above named beneficiaries, on the 28th day of February, 2017, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2015), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed as follows:

    Real Property:
    
        Lot 3, Block 2, TENTH ADDITION, to the Town of Torrington,
        Goshen County, Wyoming

        (Subject to all liens and encumbrances)

    Personal Property:

    That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o=clock a.m., on the 19th day of April, 2017.

    IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real and personal property as set forth above.
