The city of Torrington was lively Saturday with the Lions Club Festival of Sight and the Goshen County Youth Alternatives Color Run both taking place. Families, friends and neighbors gathered at Torrington High School’s parking lot at 10 a.m. for the start to the color run while others gathered at Pioneer Park for the Lions Club Festival of Sight. The Festival of Sight featured a Gremlin Motorsports car show, blow-up slides and climbers, vendors, an open-air paint, a salsa contest, music and much more. The Festival of Sight closed out in the evening with a cruise night taking place at 6 p.m. on East A Street in Torrington. See more photos on page A8.
