TORRINGTON – Two unidentified employees in the Student Services department at Eastern Wyoming College have been placed on paid administrative leave following unspecified allegations Wednesday morning.
According to a press release from College Relations Director Tami Afdahl, the employees, who she declined to name, were placed on 10 days paid leave to give the college time to investigate the allegations. Afdahl further declined to provide details of the investigation, beyond saying it was internal, and the college expected to complete their inquiries by the end of the 10-day leave.
Afdahl did say the allegations did not involve the safety of students at the college.
