Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Western Construction, Inc. to install and operate portable crushing/screening equipment to be initially located at the Sylvester Pit, in Section 7, T25N, R62W, approximately one (1) mile north-northwest of Lingle, in Goshen County, Wyoming. Maximum production for the portable crushing/screening equipment is reported at 350,000 tons per year (tpy).
For the duration of the public comment period, copies of the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at http://deq.wyoming.gov/aqd/new-source-review/resources/applications-on-notice/ and at the Goshen County Clerk’s Office, Torrington, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
