GOSHEN COUNTY – Last month, several Goshen County youth earned top awards at the Wyoming Art Symposium in Casper. Cornelius said.
“This year, Goshen County Schools had a terrific showing,” she said.

“To win one ribbon is an achievement but to win four out of four is like a grand slam,” THS art teacher Steve Law said of Platt’s accomplishments. “This artist is going places and it was super cool to spend my afternoons with her as we worked on art projects.”
Law offers classes in drawing, painting, sculpture and ceramics.
“Ribbons were won in all categories, which is nice,” he said. “Blue ribbons are given out by my state colleagues, so to be recognized by my peers is a real honor. Thanks to all the staff and colleagues that support the THS art program. I love the sense of family we have in this building and how we all really care for
our students.”
